Congregation Connector

When someone in the body has a need, someone in the body can meet it.

Congregation Connector gives your church, or any community organization, a clear path for members to ask for help and for neighbors to say yes. A ride to the doctor, a meal after surgery, a leaky faucet: nothing gets lost in a group text.

From “can anyone help?” to “it’s done”

Every request follows the same short path, so members know what to expect and leaders can see where things stand.

    1. Someone asks

A member describes what they need and when. Contact details are shared only with the person who takes the job.

    2. A leader approves

Your approvers review it, then choose one person to ask, or open it to everyone who offers that kind of help.

    3. A neighbor says yes

The provider accepts and picks a date and time. The member gets an email right away.

    4. It gets finished

The provider marks it done. If a date passes, they get a gentle reminder, and your leaders can see what is still open.

Everyone has a part to play

One account per person. Your church decides who can do what.

    Members

Ask for help when they need it, and follow the request from start to finish.

    Providers

Tell the congregation what they are glad to do, like rides, meals, or repairs, and pick up jobs that fit.

    Approvers

Review requests, match them with the right person, and step in if a job needs a new helper.

    Church administrators

Welcome new members, set the church’s own waiver and oath wording, and see every request in one place.

Built so people can trust it

Helping each other works best when everyone knows the ground rules.

    • Leaders stay in the loopEvery request is reviewed before anyone is asked to help.
    • Your words, your waiver and oathStart with our standard wording, or write your own. Members agree before they join; providers also take an oath.
    • Joining is by approvalNew members request to join and a church administrator approves them, or invite people directly by email.
    • Each church is its own spaceOne church cannot see another’s members or requests.
    • Nothing falls through the cracksEmail updates at each step, reminders on requests waiting for a decision, and nudges on jobs that were never marked done.
    • Self-service for everyoneMembers can reset their own passwords, so your staff are not the help desk.

    Questions people ask

    Is this only for churches?

It was made for congregations, and the wording says so. But the idea fits any group that wants its members to look after each other, such as a neighborhood association, a ministry, or a club.

What kinds of help can members ask for?

Whatever your church sets up. Rides, meals, and handyman help are the usual starting points, and your administrators can set up the categories that fit your community.

What happens if a provider cannot do a job anymore?

They tap a button to hand it back. It goes back to your approvers, who choose someone else or open it to everyone. The person who handed it back is not asked again.

    What does it cost?

The first 30 days are free. After that it is a simple monthly or yearly plan for the whole church. Pricing will be shared when you request your trial.

Who can see our members’ information?

People in your church see only what they need to: a provider sees a requester’s contact details for the job they accepted. Other churches see nothing of yours.
